-We design with your order so we can not accept any return or exchange unless it is described differently in product information.
– ONLY For items that are available to return and exchange, ( this needs to be stated in product info and customer official papers) customer is responsible for shipping in returning the item. Once the item is suitable to return or exchange as described in our policy then we will take item back as a return. During this process both side shipping costs and customs/ duties and taxes ( if applies for international orders) are non- refundable.
